In the second day of the 2007 UCI BMX Supercross World Cup, Shanaze Reade of Great Britain claimed the title in the women's final with a result of 36.923secs, while Anne-Caroline Chausson of France and teammate Laetitia le Corguille finished second and third respectively. Thus Shanaze Reade became the double winner at both the World Chmapionships and World Cup.

In the beginning of the race, Shanaze Reade got ahead of her rivals and established her lead at the first turning point, which was obviously out of the expectation of Anne-Caroline Chausson, who had previously remained on top of the group. As a result, Anne-Caroline Chausson clocked 38.043secs, which was slower than any of the results she had achieved in the semifinals.

Compared with her French opponent, Shanaze Reade looked more prepared. She maintained her lead throughout the race, and gave no chance to the other riders. She finally won with a time of 36.923secs, the fastest among women riders since the beginning of the competition.
